Austin reads the Juan, Juanita & Five and Story Nook originals books; other books fall back to Heart. Heart and Emma were recorded page by page for the books on the shelf. Any page without a recording, and books you add yourself, are read by the Settings voice.
For a warmer, more natural voice: on the iPad open Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices → English and download a Premium or Enhanced voice (Ava and Zoe sound great). Then reload this page and pick it here.
Type or paste the words from one of her books. Leave a blank line between pages.
For books you own. The file stays on this iPad only and is never uploaded. PDF pages are kept as pictures, and any words in the file are read aloud by the Settings voice.
